Questions
How do I install it? Download the free plugin above and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. For Pro, also upload Ravalak Newsletters Pro from My Licences, then go to Newsletters → Pro licence, paste your key and press Activate.
Will my emails arrive? Newsletters are sent through your website’s email. For the best delivery, connect a proper mail service with an SMTP plugin; we can set that up for you.
What happens if I don’t renew Pro? Your subscribers and newsletters stay in place and the signup form and sending keep working. Your branding, import/export and scheduled sends pause until you renew. Manage your licence in My Licences.
