Do I need a WordPress website?
Yes. Ravalak Pest Control Interface is a WordPress plugin. If you do not have a WordPress site yet, Ravalak Web Solutions can build and host one for you.
How much does it cost?
Ravalak Pest Control Interface Pro costs $139 CAD a month, with the first month free. One subscription covers one website, with unlimited staff, service areas and customers. There is also a free version with no time limit: online booking, the customer and staff portals and service plans, with no limits. Pro adds card payments, Google Calendar, business accounts, retail products, service extras, chemical inventory, reports and import.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account for card payments and payment links. You can also accept cash, cheque or e-transfer and record those payments yourself.
Can I bring my customers across from my current software?
Yes. The importer reads CSV exports from Fieldwork, FieldRoutes, PestPac, GorillaDesk, Jobber or a spreadsheet, matches the columns for you, checks the file before anything is saved, and every import can be undone.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
Only the Pro features pause: card payments, Google Calendar sync, business accounts, retail products, extras, inventory, reports and import. Online booking, the portals and everything in the free version keep working, and nothing is deleted. Pro switches back on when you subscribe again.
Is it only for pest control?
It is built around pest control (treatment records, chemical inventory, service plans), and it works for other recurring home services such as lawn care, cleaning or inspections.
