Introducing Ravalak Pest Control Interface: pest control software on your own website
Most pest control software asks you to move your customers into someone else’s app. Ravalak Pest Control Interface does the opposite: it brings booking, scheduling and field work into the website you already own.
Why we built it
We build and look after websites for service businesses in Airdrie and Calgary, including pest control companies. The same problems kept coming up: online booking that did not know when technicians were really free, service plans tracked in spreadsheets, and treatment records on paper. The tools that solved those problems were priced per technician or per route, and none of them lived on the company’s own website.
What it does
- Online booking that only offers times when a technician is free, with card, pay-later or offline payment.
- Service plans where every visit for the agreement is scheduled as soon as the plan is booked.
- A staff portal where technicians see their day, take payment, record the treatment and send the invoice.
- Treatment records and chemical inventory, with stock that goes down as jobs are completed and a chemical use report.
- Business accounts for restaurants, property managers and franchises with several locations (Pro).
- Reports, commissions and an importer for Fieldwork, FieldRoutes, PestPac, GorillaDesk, Jobber or spreadsheet exports.
Pricing
$139 CAD a month, with the first month free, with unlimited technicians, service areas and customers. No card is needed to start the trial, and if you stop, only the Pro features pause: nothing is deleted. There is also a free version with no time limit: online booking, the customer and staff portals and service plans, with no limits. Pro adds card payments, Google Calendar, business accounts, retail products, service extras, chemical inventory, reports and import.
