Questions
How does the waiting list work? When a division or registration type is full, new registrants join the waiting list in order. If someone is removed, you get an email. One click offers the spot to the next person with a link; nobody else can take it until the hold time you set (24 hours by default) runs out. If they don’t claim it, it moves to the next person automatically, and if nobody is left it goes back to general registration.
What can parents and players see? Their registrations and waiting-list position, payment status, their team, coach contact details and the team schedule and results.
What can coaches see? Only their own teams: the roster with contact details, the schedule, attendance taking and reports, their notes, and team or individual emails.
Do I need Stripe? Only for card payments. Without it, registrations are held as “awaiting payment” and you record e-transfers, cash or cheques yourself. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account.
How do I install it? Download Lite or buy Pro, then upload the plugin under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. For Pro, go to Ravalak Sports → Licence, paste your key and press Activate.
