Questions
What happens if I don’t renew? Your site switches to the free version. Nothing is deleted: plans, inventory, reports and history all come back as soon as you renew.
Can I move my licence to a new website? Yes. Remove it from the old site (or from My Licences) and enter the key on the new one. Staging and local copies don’t count.
How do I cancel? Turn off auto-renew in My Licences. Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
