The free plugin has no time limit. Pro is an add-on that installs alongside it and keeps all of your data, so you can start free and upgrade any time.
Questions
What does Pro cost? $29 a month (plus GST) per website, with every Pro feature included. The free plugin stays free, with no time limit.
Can I try it first? Yes. Open the live demo and switch between the event manager, service manager, waiter and guest views. It resets every 3 hours.
Is it for restaurants too? Yes. Draw your dining room once and your waiters use the Floor screen every service, for walk-ins and bookings alike. Use the same room for ticketed dinners, galas and private events.
How do I install it? Download the free plugin above and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. For Pro, also upload Ravalak Events Pro from My Licences, then go to Events → Pro licence, paste your key and press Activate.
Do I need Stripe? Only for paid events. Free events and sign-ups work without it, and your Stripe account is your own: payments go straight to you.
What happens if I don’t renew Pro? Everything stays in place and free events keep working. Paid and seated events, coupons, the staff app and Email Attendees pause until you renew. Manage your licence in My Licences.
