Questions
How much does it cost?
$29 a month (plus GST) for one website, with every feature included. There are no per-booking fees from us. Your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal or Square) charges its usual card fees, and Twilio charges a few cents per text if you use texting.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. Open the live demo and click around as the manager, a staff member or a customer, or book an appointment like a real customer would. It resets every 3 hours.
Do I need a particular theme?
No. Service Booking is built to work with standard WordPress themes. It adds its own Book an Appointment and My Account pages, and you can place the booking form on any page with a shortcode.
I already use BookingPress or Booknetic. Can I switch?
Yes. Service Booking copies your locations, categories, services, staff, customers and appointments from BookingPress or Booknetic on the same website, without changing your old plugin. You can also import customers from a CSV file.
What happens if I stop my subscription?
Nothing is deleted. Online booking and changes in the portals pause until the subscription is active again, and you can still see all your data and download a backup.
