Having the right support is important. All Ravalak clients can sign up to one of our monthly support plans. Had your website or email system setup by another company? No problem, we can assess your systems and ensure everything is running smoothly and securely.

We offer two plans both fully manage your hosting, email and website. This means you have a one stop shop to take care of all your web development needs. Microsoft and Apple regularly release updates for their platforms when new vulnerabilities, bugs and security issues have been identified. The server running your website is no different. We ensure the base server software and the version of WordPress or Joomla your site is running are updated when it needs to be.

For websites where content changes often or dynamically. This plan includes Web Hosting and local Email services.

  • Monthly backups and virus prevention.
  • We will ensure all modules and plugins are updated on your site.
  • Monthly reports showing the health and status of your site.
  • Client Portal to access your personal support area.
  • Access to our video library. How to videos for everything from adding a new email address to a device to editing the content on your web site.
  • Don’t have time to make changes on your website? This plan allows minor changes* to be made for you at no cost.
  • SEO support to help your site rank better on search engines.
  • Ongoing technical support by phone, email and support tickets.
  • Hosting includes: Unlimited email addresses, Unlimited databases, Unlimited SSL, Ultra SSD Storage, InterShield Security and Full Control Panel access.

  • Remote support and phone support.
  • Data policy setup and monitoring.
