Run free events with no fees at all. With Pro, charge per ticket or per seat with Stripe, and coupons give percentage or fixed discounts.
Tickets and door check-in
Every guest gets a ticket number. At the door, search by name or ticket and mark guests arrived from the admin (or, with Pro, the staff check-in app on a phone).

Build rows of seats or round tables with Quick build, price individual seats, and save layouts as templates for next time.
Email attendees PRO
Send an update to everyone registered, personalised with their name and including their ticket.

Confirmation emails use your logo, colours and fonts, and notifications go to whoever you choose.

Frequently asked questions
Does it charge a fee per ticket?
No. Ravalak Events has no per-ticket platform fee. For paid events you pay only Stripe’s card processing fee to Stripe.
Can I run free events?
Yes. Leave the price blank and guests register for free.
Can staff check guests in on a phone?
Yes, with Ravalak Events Pro. Add staff accounts and they sign in to a check-in app on any phone, tablet or laptop, without access to the rest of WordPress.
